It is marked on the bottom with the name, and manufacturer. Old Foley, Staffordshire, England James Kent LTD. Please see photos for details.
The plate is in good vintage condition which means there are a couple of spots that show some wear.
Overall the illustrations are still clear and bright.
The gentleman's coat at the top of the plate does show some wear. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs. There is some slight staining on the back and crazing.
